Oh to be 2. . .

Oh to be 2, when the world is simple. If you have mommy's love, and daddy's love the world is great! To enjoy the play time of the moment and not worry about criticisms, no worries about is this good enough, or what will other people think.

I love watching my daughter at times, its wonderful to remember the life lessons and it's wonderful to just see life through her lens at times.

I often paint my toes- those who know me, know that I rarely have unpainted toe nails. I love to do them! Jason volunteered to paint this time. I don't know why, but he did, and I said yes. Of course when my little one sees the nail polish come out she requests to get painted too!

So she got fairy blue fingers and toes! Below you can see a picture of our toes and fingers!

Hannah has a game she has created it's called "Vacation". She puts on her hat (known as the strawberry cake hat, because she wore it for halloween when she dressed as strawberry shortcake), her sunglasses, she grabs a backpack and puts random things in it, puts the baby or in the stroller and walks from the living room to her bedroom. She tells us she's going away, or that she's going on vacation. She will tell us bye and that she loves us. Then a few minutes later she will return and say "I came home". Maybe this is what she thought daddy was doing while he was on the road? Hmmm. . . or she's remembering our vacation last Sept to Hawaii?

I don't allow painting very often, because well. . . the mess. We do more crayons and stickers type of art. But every couple of weeks we pull out the paint from the art box and let loose for a bit. This time she wanted to use a paint brush, hard to see it's blurry. She painted 3 or 4 pages and then we moved on with our evening (next stop BATH!).
