Preschool Fun!

When we enrolled Hannah in preschool I vowed that I would be as involved as I could despite working full time outside the house. A few ways that I have found to be involved includes, volunteering to provide snack, taking Hannah to school a couple times a week- with Jason's schedule, I try to do this as much as possible, but he has the opportunty as well now some weeks so we share it. I also try to make time to attend her sings, and more recently I agreed to volunteer one time a month for a few hours while she is in class.

Volunteers at the Mini School are mainly used to help the teachers prep for various projects- but cutting out lots of project items. Today I cut for 2 1/2 hours, including cutting out 2 different sets of turkeys, feathers, and a few other things. It was a lot of cutting, but in the end it's well worth it for her teachers to be able to do the work that they do!

This was my recycle pile after 1 1/2 hours of cutting. . . was sad to say my coffee did not last me through the whole 2 1/2 hours. . .

A few of the finished cut outs.

Hannah's Preschool picture (this is a picture of a picture, so not the best quality). My darling Hannah is adorable, but I will state there is something about this photo that just seems off- Her face looks chubbier than in real life- so not sure what's up with that. Usually Hannah is VERY photogetic, so thats weird to me. But either way I was excited to get our first official school picture! Can't wait to share with our families and start a Hannah Photo spot on the wall that I will get to update yearly! Ahhh Hannah, you are growing so fast!

Love, J.

Oh the first school picture. I love it. Could be the camera angel to make her look a little chubby cause there's no chub on that little girl. She sure is growing up fast. The photo makes her look so much older. Love that she is doing so good in school and that you get to help out. Kisses & hugs from grammy
