Changes are a brewing.

Ive been scarce I know. I apologize, life just has been a bit busier than I anticipated it to be. Though with some good things.

For starters, Jason is changing jobs! No more on call, no more weekends, he will finally have benefits and decent pay! He starts next week at a company called Utility Trailers. He will mainly be moving semi trailers around and as needed work in the shop.

Secondly- I'm changing jobs. I accepted an Outpatient counselor position for a non-profit in Vancouver. I will be doing intakes, and providing group and individual therapy. After my year and a half in a residential program this is a well needed change. I'm excited about the change though!

This Wed (2 days) I will be 4 months pregnant, and so far doing well. Morning sickness has been around, but not nearly as bad as with Hannah. All lab work has been normal and no signs of gestational diabetes yet! (YIPPY!). I've not gained any weight, in fact have lost a few pounds due to the morning sickness and lack of interest in food. We won't find out til the end of July what we are having.

Hannah continues to do well. She just spent a weekend with my parents camping. Sounds like everyone had a great time. Hannah really is a good camper! I'm so glad we started this family tradition with her while she was so little- she was about 6 weeks her first camping trip. She seems to really enjoy the outdoor exploring time.

Hannah is officially fully potty trained- can I just say, that was so easy! She's been out of diapers since January, and was wearing "night night diapers" aka pull ups, at night until about a month or so ago. Her pull ups had been consistantly dry for about 6 weeks, so we decided to just get rid of them, and she has been doing so well. Only one accident, which is just amazing! I'm so proud of her. She is regularly dressing herself, she is learning to help with some chores around the house- she puts her toys away, puts her socks, pjs, washcloths and underware all away, since those are easy for her to reach. She's just growing to be a great helper around the house.

Here's to a lovely 2011 Summer!
